Our Story
Flooring² was founded in November 2014 with a clear mission: to solve the availability problem that plagued the flooring industry. Our founders, with over 78 years of combined experience in product development, manufacturing, operations, and sourcing, saw an opportunity to do things differently.
Despite declining carpet sales industry-wide, carpet remains the largest flooring category. Yet dealers and contractors were forced to wait weeks for product availability. We launched with seven carpet styles offering four color options each, and have since expanded to over twenty broadloom styles with a minimum of six colors per style.
Today, we operate 14 fully stocked warehouse locations across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, California, Nevada, Alaska, and Wyoming—all built on our founding principle: "In Stock and Available Now."
